Can I play and make games installing game.exe and custom.exe on a Usb key?

Yes, you can! However, you should edit games on your computer's harddrive, as making a lot of writes to the USB thumbdrive/keychain will prematurely end it's life (USB drives have a set number of times that you can write to them)
